The combination of our reliable torque motor
and a sinusoidal lever system represents a
simple drive system with high reliability.
this drive system permits fast opening and
closing times withour "bouncing" of the boom
in the end positions. The sinusoidal lever
system ensures that the boom is locked in
both end positions. In the event of power
failure, however, it can easily be moved by
hand.
The boom weight is exactly balanced by means
of built-in springs. Adjustment to the appropriate
boom lenght is carried out at the factory
before delivery. Modifications such as shortening
the boom or the attachment of sign-boards can be
adjusted without difficuilty on site during installation.
The retractable panel pedestrian barries is a user friendly
access barrier developed for the fast processing of people
in areas such as railway platforms, passenger terminals,
and sports stadiums.
A modular front panel concept allows adaptation to a large
variety of ticket readers for railway station use, as well
as customised designs for all sorts of card readers for the
security industry. The drive system incorporates a Magnetic
Tourque Motor with a 100% Duty Cycle and constant torque
output. The retractable panels can be made from a variety
of materials with 20mm clear acrylic as standard and a patterned
surface as an option.
The MPP 3 Series of pivot barriers are designed to control
pedestrians entering or exiting restricted ares, usually
under surveillance, in low security situations. The rotation
3 x 120o. This model of a tri-arm design can
be used in two directional control applications with high
usage of pedestrian traffic such as:-
- Railway platforms
- Libraries
- Airports
- Passenger terminals
- Sport stadiums
- Factories
- Swimming pools
- Museums
- Administrative areas
The MPS series of swing gates have been developed to
provide a user fiendly access system for one way
pedestrian traffic control in Libraries, Duty Free shops,
Airports, Railway Stations, Office areas or Supermarkets.
There is a version for manual operation, with an automatic
return mechanism, and a fully automatic version for
activation from PE beams or other access control devices.
These gates may be used to compliment our turnstile
installations where wheelchair access is required.
The MPT Series of secutiry turnstiles are designed to
control pedestrians entering or exiting restricted areas,
usually in perimeter locations, with a passage frequency
of between 11 and 20 people per minute.
The models available in this series utilise a centre
column with 3 x 120o rotation, inside a
cylindrical cage.
